Our major amenity is, of course, our great location. We are a few steps from the sand, and you can hear the surf. The photo on our front page shows the exact distance. You can also easily walk to all the attractions of the beach area, as we are only a 12 minute walk to the famous Pier and downtown.

We offer our guests complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor shower/foot wash and grill in the backyard to be used while staying with us.

Our other guest favorite is our breakfast porch, featuring a homemade, gourmet continental breakfast, served between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. Coffee is ready by 7:00 am.  Breakfast includes your choice of large muffin, scone or butter croissant. There is also a buffet style table with 3 types of cereals, fresh wheat bread for toast, butter and local jams. As well, you will find a fresh fruit salad made daily, yogurt, 2 types of coffee, fresh orange juice and local low fat milk. We also offer hot cocoa, hot tea and chocolate milk.
