Our major amenity is, of course, our great location. We are a few steps from the sand, and you can hear the surf. The photo on our front page shows the exact distance. You can also easily walk to all the attractions of the beach area, as we are only a 12 minute walk to the famous Pier and downtown.

Our other guest favorite is our breakfast porch, featuring a homemade, gourmet continental breakfast, served between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Breakfast includes your choice of large muffin (blueberry, butterscotch chip, raisin bran or cinnamon chip), cranberry/orange scone or butter croissant. there is also a buffet style table with 3 types of cereals, homemade bread for toast, butter and local jams. As well, you will find a fresh fruit salad and a cheese platter, yogurts, 2 types of coffee, fresh orange juice and local low fat milk. We also offer hot cocoa, hot tea, chocolate milk and ice water on request.
